How do I book a class?
To book a private lesson or SUP Yoga Workshop in San Diego – please contact us. Payments for private classes and groups can be made here.

To see the workshops we have already scheduled in San Diego and around the country, please see our SCHEDULE page.

When do weekly classes run?
Paddle Into Fitness San Diego does not offer weekly classes, but our certified Affiliate’s do! You can find the AFFILIATE LOCATIONS here.

What do I wear?
Wear the same clothes you would wear to a regular yoga or fitness class. If it’s warm and you want a tan, you can wear your bathing suit. If its cold, you can always rent a wetsuit. Don’t forget your sunscreen!

Will I fall in?
We run our classes on calm, flat water and use wide, stable boards that make SUP easy for beginners! There is a chance you could fall in, but you will not be in the water constantly. Bring a change of clothing just in case, and leave expensive items and sunglasses on the beach.

Where do you meet?
Before starting the class, you must check into the office at the designated location and sign a liability waiver. Please be at least 15 minutes early, because parking lots can fill up very quickly in the summer and on weekends.

Can I take a SUP yoga class my first time paddleboarding?
We teach water safety and paddle techniques before each SUP Yoga class, so you will be perfectly OK if it’s your first session! We have many first time yogis and paddlers attend our lessons. All of our instructors are experienced in water safety, and many of them are lifeguards!

Do I need to be an expert to perform the poses on the board?
Not at all! We offer modifications for everything, and it’s really about being outdoors and having fun. Our yoga instructors know exactly how to teach to beginners and keep it simple!
