Part 1. This is a complete beginners guide to Stand Up Paddleboarding! If you have never been on a board before, or want to know more about the sport, this beginners guide will give you information on apparel, boards, paddles, water safety, stroke technique, and turns.

Part 2. This is a 12 week ‘Couch to 5K’ SUP training program. It gives you weekly SUP training workouts three to four days a week, gently building from a complete beginner to paddleboard fitness training, to a paddler who can complete a 5k by week 12!

This summer, we have an added BONUS of weekly Yoga & Fitness classes to go along with your 12-Week SUP Program that will be posted LIVE on Paddle Into Fitness Facebook and Instagram every week starting June 21st, 2020. In addition, there is a NEW Pre-Paddle Warm Up and Cool Down Video by Gillian to do before and after each paddle session and access to our private Facebook Group to post photos, connect with others around the world, track your progress, and win prize giveaways! We are beginning as an online community in Summer 2020 and will be posting our 5K LIVE at the end of 12 weeks. It’s not a race, just a FUN paddle for accomplishing a new outdoor fitness goal! (You do not need to join us to purchase this program – you can do it solo as well!)
