OPEN PRODUCT UPON RECEIPT.  INSPECT AND INFLATE WITHIN 14 DAYS. DO NOT STORE PRODUCT IN VEHICLES OR AREAS WITH EXCESSIVELY HIGH TEMPERATURES

RETURNS AND PRODUCT DEFECTS

For any returns related to product defects, a claim must be filed within the first 14 days of purchase. Original purchase receipt required to submit all claims.

WARRANTY

Paddle Into Fitness and Float Into Fitness inflatable products are held up to the highest of industry standards in manufacturing and quality control. Repair or replacement of defective products is guaranteed when all warranty criteria is met.

DAMAGE FROM SHIPPING  

Photos of the original packaging will help to determine if damage resulted from shipping carrier. Please take photos of any apparent damage to packaging.

ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Product defects. Defective products will require documentation and a return authorization.  If the product is determined to be defective, the customer will receive an authorization for return.  Final physical inspection and approval will be required for resolution.  Resolution will be the repair or replacement of the product on a case by case basis and based on product availability.

Non-transferable. The limited warranty is voided upon transfer of ownership. 

Not covered by product warranty:  

  • Damage incurred from normal use or normal wear and tear.  

  • Damage incurred by uses not intended for this product.  

  • Damage incurred by improper storage, including intense sunlight or heat.  

  • Cosmetic imperfections not affecting the function or performance of the product are not considered defective.

  • Punctures

  • Damage caused from use on whitewater, surfing, or user falling on the board.

  • Board accessories: including mat, handles, leash, straps.
